Honeycomb Briquette Production Line

There are many types of charcoal machines to make various shapes of charcoal briquettes, such as, there is  machine to process the biomass materials ( such as: sawdust, wood waste, rice husk, coconut shells, bamboo, palm kernel, palm thread, sugarcane bagasse, jute stick, etc.) into charcoal briquettes. And there are machines to process the charcoal powder wastes to charcoal briquettes. Here the production line we present is for charcoal powder.  

Part ONE: Brief introduction of the procedures:

1. Firstly, you need to purchase (raw material)the charcoal powder.
2. Secondly, you need to make liquid binder for increasing the hardness of the coal powder by the Mixer.
3. Third, you have to mix the liquid binder with the coal powder by the Mixer.
4. The forth step for you to do is to feed the material into Honeycomb Briquette Making Machine for producing coal briquettes.
5. The last step, you need to dry the coal briquettes, put them under the sunshine.

Charcoal Powder Mixer:
The Function of this equipment is mixing charcoal powder with blinder, so its easy punch by briquette machine. And it is also mainly for mixing slime, middlings, coking coal, coke breeze, dusting ash, pond slob, fire coat, steel slag, iron fine power, aluminium ash powder, silicomanganese mineral powder, etc. And  it processes  to be required shape, such as round, goose egg, pillow, square, strip, etc. with certain binding agent added. It show s the features of higher density, bigger pressure and quickly forming speed, and widely used in thermal power plant, refractories factory, fertilizer factory, and metallurgy and chemical industry.


 

Honeycomb Briquette Making Machine: 
Honeycomb briquette making machine is divided into five parts: main body, transmission part, feeding part, punching part, and transport part. And every part works together in order to provide a stable and reliable performance in production line.

1. Body parts: Consits of platen, engine base, forming the skeleton entity.
2. Driving parts: Consists of motor, belt pulley, gear, transmission shaft, etc. The motor makes the gear shaft rotating through belt pulley, and through tow gears pass to axis, and then by a pair of bevel gear and the axis of rotation to drive the dial, and then pass to the four panel movement.
3. Feeding parts: Consists of spindle, hopper, agitator, it will strike by axial gear mixer, beaten coal and load mode barrel.
4. The punching parts: It is mainly consists of four slide, sliding beam, punch, punch holder, punch pin, activity pressure plate, end of activity mode, spring, etc. When the machine driven by two gears, through the pull rod drives the sliding beam, make the punch down, activities set up, the spring become tight, press the coal powder into coal briquettes, and punch the coal briquettes onto the conveyor, for conveying out, the density of coal briquettes, is decided by the spring to tightly press activity plate.
5. Transport part: Consists of transmission rack, belt pulley, support, conveying belt, etc. The conveyor belt random rotation the shaped coal briquettes out off the body, the adjustable screw on the conveyor rack can adjust the tightness.
